Thank you for shopping with Cavell Row. We aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days. (Tracked)
• Express Delivery: 1-2 working days. (Tracked)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that international delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that may apply to their order. Cavell Row cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, it is out of our direct control. However, if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@cavellrow.co.uk with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you in tracking it down.

Missing or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. We cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched. Cavell Row is not responsible for packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
